Iliman Ndiaye footage emerges on international duty amid Everton injury fears

Iliman Ndiaye was pictured leaving the pitch for Senegal in the 4-0 win against Malawai with a suspected injury in a potentially huge blow for Everton.

The 24-year-old was removed by Alio Cisse on Friday [11 October] on 65 minutes with footage emerging on X account @EvertonLatest_X of the Blues talisman sparking fresh injury concerns at Goodison Park.

Ndiaye has been one of the standout performers for Sean Dyche this season and now the club faces an anxious wait to learn the extent of his suspected injury.

Everton cannot afford to lose Iliman Ndiaye

While Everton navigated the loan market this summer for fresh additions to the squad, Ndiaye was one of few permanent signings to arrive on the blue half of Merseyside.

The forward has quickly established himself as one of the most important players for the Toffees, operating from the left flank which has allowed Dwight McNeil to move into a more central role adding a whole new dimension to the attack.

What was supposed to be a routine night for Senegal has turned potentially problematic for the Blues, Ndiaye had an assist to his name before he was forced off the pitch and looked to be continuing his club form on the international stage.

After opening his Everton account in the 1-1 draw against Leicester City, Ndiaye, despite only one goal contribution thus far, has been rightfully earning his plaudits in the Premier League and the player is looking like the best piece of business conducted at Goodison Park for some time.

Due to the financial constraints gripping the club, the incomings have been lacklustre, to say the least, and now the Blues have a player worth shouting about, he could now be facing a spell on the sidelines at a time when the side needs to push on in the Premier League.
