How to Buy Tickets

Tickets can be purchased online from October 1, via your ticketing account here, or via the ticket office during opening hours.

Assigning Friends and Family

As it is 1 per-attendee, supporters are encouraged to add people to their account under the ‘Friends and Family’ section. Providing that they are of the correct priority status, then they will also be able to have a ticket purchased for them.

For example, say customer 1 and customer 2 want to go to a match, but customer 1 cannot sort out a ticket for themself and has asked customer 2 to purchase the ticket on their behalf but wants it in customer 1’s name. The following steps would need to be taken;

  1. Copy customer 1’s unique customer number
  2. Go to customer 2’s account, and select ‘Friends and Family’
  3. Paste the unique customer number, along with customer 1’s name
  4. Now customer 1 is part of customer 2’s ticketing family, and customer 2 can purchase a ticket in customer 1’s name.

This can be done the other way around too – and will make it easier for people to get the tickets that they require, for example, for a big cup fixture. This will also allow for parents to buy tickets for their children, who may for example, not have an email address.

Any issues, please contact the ticket office on tickets@ecfc.co.uk
