Norwich City have agreed to sell Jonathan Rowe to Marseille in a deal worth up to £17m, according to reporter John Percy.
Norwich City winger Rowe has been at the centre of significant transfer speculation over the past few weeks.
It looked as though the academy graduate was poised to start the season as part of Johannes Hoff Thorup’s side at Carrow Road. However, transfer speculation saw him withdraw from the squad ahead of the opening day and he has not featured since.

There has been strong interest from Ligue 1 giants Marseille but Championship rivals Leeds United have also eyed him as a Crysencio Summerville replacement.
However, a Marseille move has been looking more and more likely, and a deal is now in place to take him from Norwich City to Les Phocéens.
Writing on X, reporter John Percy has revealed that a deal worth £14m has been agreed between the two clubs. Add-ons worth a further £3m will take the Rowe move to £17m overall.
A sell-on has also been agreed with Rowe set to fly out for his medical today.
It sees the 21-year-old leave Norwich City with a year left on his current deal. A 12-month extension option was also present, but he will leave before that can come into play.
A needed deal
Speculation over Rowe’s future at Norwich City turned ugly after he dropped out of matchday contention amid the rumours. The saga has unfolded into a complex and inconvenient one for all involved, but it seems a much-needed resolution has been reached.
Leeds United will have to cross the England U21 international off their list of potential Summerville replacements but for the Canaries, this marks a healthy cash influx.
