The 22-year-old has signed a four-year contract with the Sky Blues, with whom he spent a successful 2023/24 campaign on loan.

Binks impressed during this time at the Coventry Building Society Arena, appearing 28 times in all competitions and helping City reach the Semi-Final of the FA Cup.

On his summer conversations with Mark Robins:

“I spoke to gaffer about a month ago and we spoke about how he sees me going forward at this Football Club, and where we can get to, and that made my mind clear that I wanted to come here and keep working.

“I always wanted to come and work with him, Adi [Viveash] and the boys. I get on well with everyone, one and off the pitch, and that’s a big part of it. If I am happy off the pitch then I will be happy on the pitch.”

Reflecting on his 2023/24 season with the Club:

“I had to be patient last season but I had some great moments, especially that game at Wembley against Manchester United. That game was so special and I want to experience that again.
