New York Jets Rookie Receiver to Live With Aaron Rodgers

s the New York Jets get set for the upcoming NFL season, they are hoping for a bit of luck this year. Just a few plays into the year last season and they lost starting quarterback Aaron Rodgers to an Achilles rupture. The 40-year-old quarterback would miss the rest of the season and New York went on to miss the playoffs.

It was a terrible start to their tenure together but Rodgers has worked tirelessly to make his return. He should be all good to go for this season and is ready to show what the NFL missed last year. Rodgers will be surrounded by multiple talented offensive weapons at his disposal so a healthy season from him likely means good things for the Jets.

New York even drafted a few more players to help Rodgers out, including rookie wide receiver Malachi Corley. Corley was taken in the third round with pick No. 65 by the Jets. His ability to make contested catches should be something that Rodgers values heavily and the veteran quarterback wants to build more chemistry with him.

So much so that he has offered Corley to live in his guest house, and Corley has decided to accept that offer. The two have been talking a lot since Corley was drafted, and the rookie is looking to learn as much as possible from the veteran. While Rodgers has certainly had his share of weird off-the-field moments, he is one of the better quarterbacks to ever play the game when healthy.
