The Rob Ryan Red Podcast now report that Wrexham have already lodged enquiries for Tom Pearce, Stephen Humphrys and Josh Magennis.
The Latics have today announced that Pearce, Humphrys and Magennis will all be leaving the club on free transfer this season.
Wigan have decided not to give the trio new contracts and Wrexham have been quick to get on the phone and register an interest.
Who is Wrexham target Tom Pearce?
Pearce hails from Ormskirk and came up in the Everton ranks before joining up with Leeds United back in 2014.
Then just 16, Pearce came up in the Leeds ranks and managed seven first-team appearances in the Championship.
