The 20 loan players set to return to Hull City as big transfer decisions loom.

City have some big decisions to make over the coming weeks with some of their players plying their trade on temporary deals.

The dust is beginning to settle on Hull City’s season after Saturday’s 1-0 defeat at Plymouth Argyle ended their campaign and with it, their hopes of finishing inside the Championship’s play-offs. What followed was the departure of head coach Liam Rosenior and now the club face a quest to get a new man in charge as soon as they can with decisions needing to be made on the make-up of the squad for next season.

As many as 20 players were out on temporary deals across the globe this season with players based in England, Ireland, across Europe and in some cases, in South America, while closer to home, City have a couple involved in domestic play-off matches. Decisions will need to be made soon as to what happens to those players this summer, with a large number of them potentially heading away from the club permanently.
