Braves-White Sox game postponed.

Wednesday’s game between the Atlanta Braves and host Chicago White Sox has been postponed due to rain, snow and a forecast of inclement weather.

The game will be made up on June 27.

The White Sox will return to action on Thursday when they open four-game series against the host Kansas City Royals.

The best years of Julio Teheran’s career came with the Atlanta Braves. He came up with the club in his early 20s over a decade ago, quickly establishing himself as the ace of the staff. He was named to two All-Star teams while with the Braves and was one of the few players that stuck with the organization throughout the entirety of the rebuild.

Julio Teheran did get to see the club return to the postseason in 2018, but unfortunately, he was not part of the team that won the franchise’s first World Series since 1995. His contract option was declined following the 2019 season after posting a more than respectable 3.81 ERA over 174.2 innings.
