Head coach Nuno Espirito Santo says everyone at Nottingham Forest is “concerned” at being deemed to have breached the Premier League’s Profitability and Sustainability rules.
It was announced on Monday that the Reds have been charged with falling foul of the spending regulations. They have two weeks to respond to the charges, with a subsequent hearing by an independent commission to be concluded by April 8.
The charges put Forest at risk of possible sanctions, with Everton having already been docked 10 points earlier this season. But Nuno says the situation will not be a distraction for his squad ahead of Wednesday night’s FA Cup replay at Blackpool.
