Leeds United transfer Rumors with Poland international linked amid Karl Darlow was Successful due to….

Leeds United and Hull City are interested in signing Spezia goalkeeper Bartlomiej Dragowski. That is according to Tutto Mercato.

It has also been claimed that a number of unnamed sides in France are closely monitoring Dragowski’s situation. The Poland international is expected to leave the Italian club over the coming weeks, having found game time hard to come by during the 2023/24 campaign.

Dragowski, who has been on their books since 2022, has featured just 13 times for Spezia this season. Spezia are currently languishing in 19th position in Serie B.

Whites chief Daniel Farke has plenty of options to choose from in between the sticks, with Illan Meslier, Karl Darlow and Kristoffer Klaesson. Meslier will complete his three-match ban for his red card against Preston North End this weekend, but it remains unclear when Darlow will be ready to return to action after he dislocated his thumb at West Bromwich Albion. Klaesson put in an assured performance on his full senior debut in the New Year’s Day win over Birmingham City.

Leeds United plan to hold talks with Borussia Monchengladbach to discuss Maximillian Wöber’s future. The Austrian defender, who moved to Elland Road in January 2023, is currently on loan at Monchengladbach.

He has established himself as a first team regular for the Bundesliga outfit, starting all 15 matches he has been available for. However, it has emerged Wöber’s loan deal at Monchengladbach has no option to buy clause, meaning the player will return to United at the end of the season.

A report in gladbachlive.de. says United and Monchengladbach are set to go back to the negotiating table to thrash out Wöber’s situation.
