Aaron Rodgers the Green Bay Packers will forever by synonymous with one another. Shortly after taking over for Brett Favre, Rodgers brought a Super Bowl back to Green Bay. Over the next decade he would cement himself as one of the best to ever do it for the Green and Gold.
However, as we sit in 2023, Rodgers is a member of the New York Jets and is looking to win another championship. While this season was lost for the Jets, the team still remains optimistic for 2024. Rodgers has talked in length over the years about how great of a recruiter he is. In his opinion, that will be no different when it comes to current Packers players.

Of course, it isn’t surprising to see all current or former Packers players on this list. The Jets believed they had a Super Bowl caliber roster outside of Rodgers prior to acquiring him. Seeing the wheels completely fall off this season after Rodgers went down had to have stung.
Aaron Jones is undoubtedly one of the best players on the Packers team and is beloved by nearly all fans. A combination of his age (29), recent injuries, and 2024 cap hit (17M) has cast doubt on his future with the team. In the event that the team decides to move on from Jones the Jets could certainly swoop in and sign him.
It would be interesting to see what the Jets would offer in a trade if the Packers decided to keep Jones. He is clearly the heart and soul of this Packers’ offense and if any team wanted to trade for him, they’d likely have to “over pay” compared to the standard running back market.
