The Philadelphia Eagles are America's football team now. And Trump's feud with them proves it.

The Eagles are being accused of cheating again. The controversy follows Seahawks loss

The Philadelphia Eagles did not just lose to the Seahawks Monday.

They walked out of that third-straight failure accused, once again, of being cheater

Well, it’s starting to look like the NFL can’t have a real season if the Eagles aren’t roped into at least one accusation of cheating — last year there was the whole field goal thing with Jake Elliott — and Monday night’s controversy centers on the center.

Jason Kelce.

It is actually something that was touched on last year, but it all started in the second quarter when the Eagles, up 10-0, lined up for one of their seemingly unstoppable “tush push” quarterback sneaks.

Flags flew, though, and Kelce was flagged for a false start.

Replays showed that he moved the ball forward, by a good distance, before snapping it. Dov Kleiman, a popular NFL poster on X, formerly Twitter, posted video of it and dug up a report that actually dates back to last season as well in which Philly was accused of cheating on that play.

The Athletic’s Kalyn Kahler did a story back then that pointed out that Kelce often gets away with subtly moving the ball ahead on those plays.

In The Athletic story an “NFL analytics staffer,” talked about that.

“They move the ball forward,” he said. “Kelce moves it forward like half a yard.”

“It’s something so subtle that everyone always warns them but they don’t call it,” the staff added. “It’s like assisting the runner, the officials don’t care.”

Kleiman asked if Kelce has been dong it for years and getting away with it and fans were there for it.

“Kelce moving the football … (Lane Johnson) offsides every play … I told ya’ll Eagles been cheating for years,” TrueDakbeliver responded on X. “Punish them no playoffs this year … no first-round draft pick.”

Obvious Dallas Cowboys fan, but too good not to post.

“There’s a ridiculous amount of fudging and cheating that center and snappers do every game,” another person responded.

“Eagles been cheating this whole time,” another person wrote.

“Cheaters never prosper,” another wrote.

“About time they start calling it,” someone else responded.

But there were a lot of other folks who chimed in to take up for Kelce and the Eagles.

“Wylie vet,” one person wrote.

“Every center does this,” another person wrote. “Apparently everyone in the comments doesn’t know ball. Which isn’t surprising for Twitter (to be honest).”
