Browns vs. Jaguars Inactive Report
For the first time in a while, Cleveland will have a positive inactive report ahead of their matchup with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
On offense, Amari Cooper who got a head injury last week against the Los Angeles Rams cleared concussion protocol on Saturday and will be available for Cleveland. Cleveland will also activate cornerback Cam Mitchell for the first time in over a month.
It’s not all positive for the Browns on the injury front though. Browns’ All-Pro cornerback Denzel Ward popped back up in the inactive list as a surprise after practicing all week. Ward indicated this week when visiting with reporters that he was going to play, so this is a huge loss for the Browns’ secondary.
At some point this week in practice, rookie right tackle Dawand Jones tweaked his knee and was downgraded to out for this game.
