Three Things to Watch for as Vikings Play the Raiders

Tomorrow’s week 14 matchup between the Minnesota Vikings and the Las Vegas Raiders offers three things to watch for in Allegiant Stadium. It starts with Raiders running back Josh Jacobs. With 29 rushing yards against the Vikings, Jacobs would reach 800 rushing yards on the season. This would be his fifth consecutive season with 800+ rushing yards. He would be joining Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry as one of the only two players in the NFL to record 800+ rushing yards in each season since 2019. His five-straight season streak of

rushing for 800+ yards would be the second-longest active streak in the NFL. In his career, Jacobs has ten carries for 44 yards in one game against the Vikings. Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams is also a player to watch for tomorrow’s game against the Vikings. With six receptions, Adams would reach 70+ receptions during the season. This would be his eighth consecutive season with 70+ catches, the second-longest active streak in the NFL, and tied for the seventh-longest streak in NFL history. He would be one of just ten players in NFL history to reach 70+ catches in eight straight seasons.

Adams has 93 catches for 1,050 yards and has scored 13 touchdowns in 15 games against the Vikings in his career. Lastly, defensive end Maxx Crosby is a player to watch for tomorrow’s game against the Vikings. With 1.0 or more sacks tomorrow, Crosby would become one of just five players in franchise history to reach 50.0+ career sacks. He would also be the only player in Raiders history to have 50.0+ career sacks in his first five NFL seasons. With five tackles and 1.0 sacks against the Vikings, Crosby would become the fourth player in NFL history since 1987 to

record 300+ tackles and 50.0+ career sacks in his first five NFL seasons. Be on the watch for all three of these Raiders, as they all are on the record-breaking watch for tomorrow’s week 14 matchup against the Vikings in Allegiant Stadium. The Silver and Black will return home to Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas to take on the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday, December 10, at 4:05 p.m. EST/1:05 p.m. PST.
