Analyst Makes A Bold Prediction About Jets’ Record This Season.
The New York Jets are going to be the team to watch in the league next season, whether the fans like it or not.
They’ve been given as many as six primetime games in the first 11 weeks alone, and we know they could have even more with late-season flexes and playoff games.
The Jets open up the season with a tough road matchup against the San Francisco 49ers, and they’ll also face the likes of the Buffalo Bills and Miami Dolphins twice each, Houston Texans, Pittsburgh Steelers, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Los Angeles Rams.
They also have a couple of games vs. the New England Patriots and will face the Denver Broncos, Seattle Seahawks, Arizona Cardinals, Minnesota Vikings, and Indianapolis Colts, which are all winnable games on paper.
With that in mind, NFL analyst — and diehard Jets fan — Craig Carton shared his prediction for their record, and it’s safe to say that it may have been a little biased.
Talking on The Carton Show, he claimed that he had the Jets going 16-1, but after a thorough review and going through it over and over, he then realized that they could lose to the Texans at home, taking their record to 15-2.
