‘Summerville to benefit the most’ as West Ham exit now confirmed
Crysencio Summerville has had a troubled time at West Ham United so far.
So far this summer, there is an air of pessimism lingering around the London Stadium, and for good reason, heading into the new Premier League campaign.
The Irons have been sitting with their hands tied behind their back in the transfer market, while other Premier League sides have been attacking it with ambition.
Instead of bringing new talent to West Ham, most of the focus has been on players leaving, though that could now serve as a benefit for Summerville, who has flattered to deceive since his arrival from Leeds United in the previous summer.

Mohammed Kudus exit could light a fire in Summerville’s belly
Late on Thursday evening (10 July), it was confirmed that Mohammed Kudus had left West Ham to join Spurs in a deal worth around £55million, while also becoming the first player to make the switch since Scott Parker back in 2011.
Kudus never really lived up to full expectation, though his exit will now leave a huge hole in the West Ham attack when it comes to creativity, unless others can step forward.
hat will only serve as motivation for Summerville, who is yet to showcase his ability to play at the highest level.
West Ham will replace Kudus, but whoever does arrive will need time to adjust, which may allow Summerville a chance to redeem himself under Graham Potter and stake a claim for his place in the side going forward.
The Dutchman has undeniable quality, hence why he was brought to the club by Tim Steidten, and now si the time for him to truly showcase what he can offer.
Potter needs to see transfer movement now
With a healthy sum of money now added to the bank, West Ham have no excuses not to be attacking the transfer window with the intent of bolstering their squad.
Several arrivals are needed in the coming weeks if the Irons are to have any chance of putting the failures of the last campaign behind them.
