Braden Schneider Deserved a Break—The Rangers Gave Him Ice Time Instead
Playing through pain is understandable. Playing through injuries hurts you and your team and coaches need to know better.
You have got to be kidding me?!!?!
“In the race to be stupid, you’ve set a brand-new kind of pace. We’d like to christen you Charlie Failure Face” – A Boy Named Charlie Brown
I hereby christen the Rangers, “Charlie Failure Face.”
There are few things that annoy me more than stupidity. I remember about a month after starting a new job, the office bookkeeper walked by my desk and asked if I had seen Julio, our maintenance supervisor. I said that I hadn’t, and he went back to his desk. About twenty minutes later I got up to go to the restroom only to find it completely flooded with poo all over the floor.
Had the bookkeeper said, “Hey, we’ve got a clogged toilet situation,” that would have been much more helpful, informative, and would have prevent a truly “shitty” situation. Instead, this man decided that he had taken all the steps he needed to take and somehow the water would magically stop pouring out of the toilet onto the floor and no one would notice. It’s a level of stupidity that defies logic.

It’s how I feel when I read things like:
What Should the Rangers Do With K’Andre Miller?
It’s been an up-and-down season for K’Andre Miller. Should the Rangers bring him back? Or is it time to move on?
The 2024-25 New York Rangers season has been filled with disappointment, as well as player regression. And K’Andre Miller has been no exception.
After making the Eastern Conference Final last season, many believed Miller taking the next step and helping to shore up the defense was critical if the Rangers were to advance closer to a Stanley Cup. The 22nd overall pick in the 2018 NHL draft signed a two-year extension in 2023 at an AAV of $7.7 million. While the Rangers and the fifth-year defenseman have not lived up to expectations over the term of that deal, it is time for the two to either negotiate a new contract or for the Rangers to move on from Miller.

Miller showed considerable promise early in his career, being named to the NHL’s All-Rookie Team in 2021, and still has plenty of untapped potential. Unfortunately, time is running out for him to prove he can be a top defenseman in the NHL. The Wisconsin product has been inconsistent throughout the season, leaving many divided on how they would feel about his return. While Miller has shown the ability to uses his top-notch athleticism to make plays, he has also been very vulnerable to mental errors and turnovers.
As frustrating as this season has been, however, the New York Rangers must bring back K’Andre Miller.
