Hull City simply have to improve their home form if they are to stay up in the Championship this season, reporter Barry Cooper has said.HCAFC - Hull City boss Ruben Selles

Hull City have won only two matches at the MKM Stadium in this campaign to date. HCAFC have the worst home record in the division.

The Tigers have sunk back into the relegation zone. They are in the bottom three along with Luton Town and Plymouth Argyle.

Journalist Cooper has provided his option on their situation, as per HullLive: “Just two wins in 15 (at home) tell its own story, and as we’ve said a million times before, unless they sort it out, there’s a distinct possibility City will be playing in League One next season.

“That may sound dramatic, but it’s the reality, unfortunately. There have been so many nearly moments at home, so many times where we’ve come away from the MKM Stadium wondering quite how the Tigers had lost the game, but it keeps happening, as we’ve seen against QPR and Stoke City in the last two games, as recent examples.HCAFC - Hull City boss Ruben Selles

“Performances at the MKM Stadium have been much better under Ruben Selles, but results haven’t followed and put simply, that has to change quickly.”

Hull City situation

Hull City were promoted from League One back in 2021 after winning the title under former boss Grant McCann.
