Sess and Liv recognised for community work

Ryan Sessegnon and Olivia Dale have been recognised as Fulham’s PFA Community Champion Award winners for season 2024/25.

Ryan and Liv have engaged with a wide variety of participants from Fulham FC Foundation’s activities across the season, including Ryan’s visit to his old primary school, Heathmere in Roehampton, as part of the Premier League’s Primary Stars programme.

Sess said: “I’m very pleased to be recognised. I love doing work with the community, with me being a local boy as well. It’s great work and I’m very thankful to the people who made me the champion.”

Liv said: “I think it’s an incredible award and one that should definitely be celebrated. The Foundation do an awful lot at Fulham for loads of different communities, and it’s great to see how much they put into it and how much they bring those communities together to support us.”

Maheta Molango, CEO of the Professional Footballers’ Association, said: “The PFA has once again been immensely proud of the outstanding efforts of players this season and we feel they should be recognised for their support and involvement in the local community.

“The award will hopefully raise awareness of the importance many of our members attach to their roles off the pitch and highlight their continued commitment to support those most in need along with engaging in areas where they have a personal interest.”

On behalf of our Fulham family we would like to thank both Sess and Liv for being incredible role models for our community, and congratulate them on this award.
