Tottenham Hotspur are keeping tabs on the highly talented Ghanaian winger Prince Amoako Junior.

The 18-year-old has attracted a lot of attention with his performances for Nordsjælland, and several top clubs are monitoring his development.

Several clubs keen on Prince Amoako

From the Premier League, Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester City, and Newcastle United are also interested in the player.

In addition to that, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, RB Leipzig, and Marseille are keeping tabs on the player as well.

The talented winger has done quite well since the move to Nordsjaelland, and he could prove to be a solid long-term acquisition for Tottenham. They have done well to sign quality young players in recent months, and it will be interesting to see if they decide to make a move for the African.

According to TBR Football, they sent scouts to watch the player in action over the weekend, and he scored the match-winning goal for his team.

Amoako joined Nordsjaelland during the summer transfer window, and it seems highly unlikely that they will sanction his departure anytime soon. However, the report claims that multiple clubs are considering a January move for the 18-year-old.

Can Spurs sign Amoako?

It will be interesting to see if Tottenham decide to make a move for him in January or wait until the summer window. They have the finances to get the deal across the line, and they will be an attractive destination for the player as well.

Tottenham must act quickly if they want to get the deal done. Plenty of clubs are keen on him, and the competition will be fierce. They will not want to engage in a war, and it remains to be seen how the situation develops.

The young attacker could be tempted to move to a big club, but Spurs will need to convince Nordsjaelland.

Man Utd battling with Tottenham & Chelsea for Branthwai

Manchester United are reportedly battling with Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea over a deal to sign Everton defender Jarrad Branthwaite, as per Spanish outlet Fichajes.

After being impressed by the Englishman’s displays at Goodison Park, the Red Devils made a formal approach to secure his services last summer. However, the Toffees refused to let him leave; eventually, United decided to reinforce the backline by signing Leny Yoro and Matthijs de Ligt.

Following that, Ruben Amorim’s side didn’t look to sign a new centre-back in the recently concluded summer window. However, with Lisandro Martínez struggling with fitness issues and Luke Shaw displaying inconsistent performances after recovering from his injury problems, Man Utd are planning to sign a new left-sided centre-back.

Fichajes state that Man Utd remain keen on signing Branthwaite and could make a concrete approach again to buy him. Apart from the Old Trafford club, Tottenham and Chelsea are also plotting a swoop for him.

However, Everton have no intention of letting him leave anytime soon, so Man Utd, Spurs, or Chelsea will have to launch a lucrative proposal to persuade the Toffees to let him leave.

The 23-year-old is valued at around £43m by Transfermarkt and still has five years left in his current contract, having recently signed an extension.

Battle

Micky Van de Ven is the only left-footed centre-back option Spurs currently have, but he struggled with fitness problems over the last two seasons.

On the other hand, Levi Colwill has established himself as an undisputed starter in Enzo Maresca’s starting XI for Chelsea, but he has sustained a serious knee injury.

As a result, he is set to remain sidelined for an extended period. Therefore, Chelsea and Tottenham have started exploring options to strengthen the defensive department
