Tottenham are among a host of Premier League clubs eyeing a summer move for Al-Hilal striker Aleksandar Mitrovic, according to Fichajes.

The Lilywhites, along with Manchester United and Newcastle, are reportedly monitoring the 30-year-old forward as a potential option up front, having been attracted by Mitrovic’s experience and goal-scoring prowess.

Al-Hilal have set an asking price of around €30m (£26m) for the striker this summer and are ready to make a loss, having signed him from Fulham for £46m two seasons ago.

Mitrovic has been scoring goals for fun at Al-Hilal since joining, netting 68 times in 79 appearances across all competitions.

According to Fichajes, Mitrovic is ‘seriously considering’ the possibility of returning to England after two strong seasons in Saudi and would bring significant experience to any top-flight club.

The 30-year-old has previously plied his trade in the Premier League with Fulham and Newcastle, amassing 129 appearances and scoring 38 goals.

Mitrovic is believed to be one of the best-paid players in the world, earning around £416,000 per week at Al-Hilal, where he remains under contract until June 2026.

The ‘monster’ striker finished as the Saudi Pro League’s sixth-highest goalscorer last season with 19, behind the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Ivan Toney and Karim Benzema.

Tottenham are anticipating a busy end to the summer transfer window, as they are believed to be on the lookout for further reinforcements to Thomas Frank’s squad.

According to reports, the Europa League winners are considering a summer move for Manchester United outcast Alejandro Garnacho, who has been identified as a potential replacement for captain Heung-min Son.

Tottenham ready to meet PL star’s demands as search for creative solution heats up

Liverpool star Harvey Elliott is eyeing the number 10 role at Tottenham Hotspur

Tottenham have been looking to bring in a new creative midfielder at Hotspur Way in the ongoing summer transfer window, and the North Londoners have been scrambling through a list of candidates, with each being quoted distinctly from the other.

And now the Lilywhites have landed on one of the targets that we thought would be ideal for a possible move to North London in Liverpool midfielder Harvey Elliott.

Harvey Elliott wants the #10 role at Tottenham

Tottenham have been looking to sign Harvey Elliott.

The 22-year-old Fulham academy graduate has made it clear that he sees himself playing more of a central attacking midfielder role down the line, which is not in more wide zones or being on the right of a midfield three (which he generally is at Liverpool). Neither of those; he wants to be a proper #10. And given that the North Londoners have been shuffling with injury problems to James Maddison while Kulusevski is still understanding his best role, they are reportedly ready to hand Harvey the keys to that position (per TBR Football).

We all know that given his situation at Merseyside at the moment, Elliott wants minutes, and for Tottenham, the Lilywhites need someone who gives you that invention in that second phase, which makes this one a pairing that makes sense on paper (and possibly in practice soon).

Liverpool have put a hefty price tag on Elliott.

While the Reds are open to selling their prized midfielder, Arne Solt’s side has slapped a price tag of around £50 million on Elliott for a clean transfer. Now this price tag could drop down closer to somewhere around £40 million if there is a buy-back clause, which is being included in the deal. Now honestly, that is a big fee, especially for someone who is on the fringes at Anfield Stadium.

And Tottenham are not alone in pursuit of his signature, with the likes of West Ham, Newcastle, and Brighton also looking to secure his signature. There is also news about Bundesliga giants Leipzig being in the frame as well, given that their interest is backed by Jurgen Klopp’s new role in the Red Bull setup.
