Tottenham are willing to offer £60m to sign Crystal Palace star Eberechi Eze before the deadline, GIVEMESPORT senior correspondent Fabrizio Romano has revealed.
The North London side continue to push for Eze’s arrival in the coming days, with a fresh round of talks between Daniel Levy and Palace chairman Steve Parish taking place on Monday.
Eze informed Palace of his desire to join Tottenham last week, with Spurs ready to offer a similar package to what they paid West Ham for Mohammed Kudus’ arrival earlier this summer.
The Lilywhites are reportedly open to offering a £55m fixed fee plus £5m in add-ons to get the deal done before the transfer window shuts on September 1.
Spurs Pushing to Sign Eberechi Eze

Romano, writing on X, revealed that Levy and Parish were in direct contact regarding a deal for Eze on Monday, with Spurs ready to propose a £60m offer.
Eze, who joined Palace from Queens Park Rangers in 2020, has been a key player for the Eagles since, making 169 appearances, scoring 40 goals and providing 28 assists.
The ‘unbelievable’ 27-year-old helped Palace lift their first major trophy with FA Cup success at Wembley last season and featured in their Community Shield victory over Liverpool earlier this month.
Eze also started in their Premier League season opener against Chelsea on Sunday, despite initial suggestions he may be left out of the matchday squad amid his ongoing transfer saga.
Tottenham are on the lookout for late attacking reinforcements following former captain Son Heung-min’s move to MLS side Los Angeles FC and James Maddison’s injury.
The England international sustained an ACL setback in a pre-season friendly earlier this month and is expected to miss six to seven months of action.
Spurs were also without first-teamers Destiny Udogie, Yves Bissouma, Rj8adu Dragusin and Dejan Kulusevski for the 0-0 draw at Stamford Bridge, with Kulusevski still recovering from a serious knee injury sustained in May.o

Thomas Frank did not have to wait long to get one of his big wishes as Tottenham head coach.
On Friday he expressed his desire for Cristian Romero to extend his stay at the club. Three days later, the centre-back put pen to paper on a new four-year deal.
It comes a week on from Romero being named as Spurs’ new club captain to replace Heung-min Son, and ends any speculation over his future.
For all the talk of what transfer business Spurs might do in the final weeks of the window, agreeing a new deal with Romero is as major a statement as any signing they will make.
Just a few months ago, the smart money appeared to be on a summer departure. Atletico Madrid were interested in Romero, who had only two years left on his previous contract and did little to inspire confidence that he saw his long-term future in north London.
“LaLiga is the one [league] left to play in. I would love to, to tell you the truth,” Romero said in an interview in April. “I would love to play there because it’s the league I’m missing.”
By signing a new contract at Spurs through to 2029, by which point he will be 31, Romero is set to give his peak years to the club in a significant show of faith.
