Everton are showing an interest in signing Tottenham Hotspur forward Manor Solomon ahead of the summer transfer window, with Spurs naming their asking price for him, according to TBR Football.

David Moyes’ side will be looking to bring in reinforcements when the market opens after the season has finished, as the Toffees look to go from battling in the bottom half to competing towards mid-table. Everton are entering an exciting era under new ownership and a state-of-the-art stadium, which could bring them fresh finances to strengthen the squad.

Adding to their forward line could be a major priority for the Merseyside club in the summer, with Moyes’ side struggling to score goals. Solomon is a player who is likely to be available after Tottenham allowed him to depart on loan at the beginning of the campaign.

Everton have a host of different positions that will need strengthening in the summer window, especially with the likes of Ashley Young, Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Abdoulaye Doucoure, and Idrissa Gueye all out of contract.
