Sheffield Wednesday star Pierce Charles looked at by Tottenham, Fulham and more
In an EFL Analysis exclusive, insider Graeme Bailey confirmed the Owls ace has the attention of several top-flight sides, including Tottenham Hotspur.
EFL Analysis understands that a number of Premier League clubs are paying close attention to Charles and could look to land him this summer.
The 19-year-old is already a full international with Northern Ireland and has recently become first-choice at Hillsborough – having only made his first-team debut in March.
Charles has shown some brilliant form for Rohl’s side, and we are told that a number of clubs are looking closely at his situation.
Charles was with Manchester City’s academy before joining Wednesday at 15, and City are one of the clubs to keep track of him.
It is understood that a number of clubs are looking at Charles with a view to doing a deal, that could see him remain on loan at Wednesday for at least one more season.
We can reveal that the likes of Aston Villa and Everton are two of the clubs who have been watching him, but clearly they are set in the short term with their number ones.
Tottenham, Brentford and Fulham have also checked on Charles this season.

What Danny Rohl has said about Pierce Charles
Still only 19, Charles has seen little senior game time this season but has been afforded a lot more action in the last couple of months.
The Englishman has started Sheffield Wednesday’s last seven Championship fixtures, and Rohl has opened the door to him becoming their permanent number one.
When asked if Charles can become the Yorkshire outfit’s new number one come 2025/26, the manager said, as per The Star: “He worked very hard and if he continues in this way then yes.
“It is the reason I put him in the goal, to see how far he is. There is a difference between playing a cup game and playing every week or every three days and playing all the time at the highest level.
“You should not forget this. It is especially true for a goalkeeper, for the mind, for the brain it is not easy when you have to play again and again.”
