If ever there was a time where Wrexham needed a bit of luck, it’s now. And they might have been handed their dose of luck ahead of Saturday with Charlton Athletic currently set to be without key man Chuks Aneke who was sent off against Wycombe Wanderers on Saturday.
Jones is unhappy with Aneke’s red card and it remains to be seen whether or not the club appeal the decision. Meanwhile, the likes of Ollie Palmer and Paul Mullin remain exiled at Wrexham and neither look set to return to the squad for such an integral and high-intensity game on Saturday either.
